Privacy statement

This website is run by Oxelis CommV (VAT BE 1035.963.859), based in Belgium. For any privacy question, email maximilien@oxelis.be.

What we collect

We only collect personal data you send us yourself through the contact form: your name, email address, your company (optional) and your message. We use it for one purpose: to answer you. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

The form is delivered to our inbox through our email provider (Resend), who processes the message on our behalf. We keep your message as long as we need it to handle your request and our correspondence, then delete it.

Cookies and third parties

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of its own. Two third-party services are loaded:

• Calendly — the booking widget on the contact page. When you use it to schedule a call, Calendly may set cookies and processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — our fonts load from Google's servers, which means your IP address is shared with Google to deliver them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you — just email maximilien@oxelis.be. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
